Scott Nossek - PT

Scott NossekScott is a graduate of the University of Arizona and the University of the Pacific. He has been in physical therapy practice for over 30 years, and is current owner of Payson Physical Therapy. A former collegiate and professional baseball player, he has focused his clinical training on orthopedic and spinal rehabilitation, with an emphasis on exercise and education. Scott, his wife Janet, and their four children have been residents of Payson since 1992.

Scott's advanced clinical training also includes pediatrics and vestibular dysfunction, .





Jared Tenney - PT, DPT

Scott Nossek Jared graduated with honors from the University of Arizona (B.S.) and Northern Arizona University (M.P.T.) He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine and has been happy to make Payson his home. His wife, Kadi, is a 4th generation Rim Country native, and they now have four children to continue the legacy. Jared's advanced clinical education includes the Manual Therapy Certification from the University of St. Augustine in Florida and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is active as a youth leader at his church and with the Boy Scouts of America. He also enjoys recreational athletics, playing various musical instruments in a mediocre fashion, and losing regularly to his kids in Bocce Ball.




Stacey Foote-Blaine - PT, MA

Stacey Foote

Stacey graduated from BYU with a B.S. in Exercise Science and earned her Master's in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from Adams State College before receiving her degree in Physical Therapy from University of Colorado. She has over 25 years of experience in a broad range of orthopedic settings including women's health, vestibular rehab, foot and ankle rehab, spinal orthopedics, and manual therapy. She also has extensive experience with complex neurological cases after working at Barrow Neurological Institute for four years. She has lived in Payson since 2005 and enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter, her husband, and their 2 dogs.





Amy Betts - OTR/L

Amy BettsAmy is a graduate of Western Michigan University and has been an occupational therapist for over 30 years. She has a broad range of experience including neurological rehabilitation of strokes and traumatic brain injuries, worked a Barrow Neurological Institute specializing in cognitive remediation. At LAC USC Medical Center, she became a certified hand therapist as well as an out-patient supervisor. She has had great experience working in hospitals: ICU, in-patient, out-patient, and acute rehabilitation. Amy also has advanced clinical education in burn management, Hansen's disease, and adaptive driving. Since moving to Payson, she has seen a need for a hand therapist and has decided to return to this specialty. In her spare time, she enjoys good company, music, swimming, and tennis.




Jeff Gutowski - PTA

Debby TiffanyJeff graduated with his Bachelor's of Science degree from Central Michigan University in 1991, nd received his PTA degree from Pima Medical Institute (Tucson, AZ) in 2012. After several years at Payson Care Center, he joined the staff at Payson Physical Therapy.

A former semi-professional basketball and rugby player in Ireland, Jeff enjoys staying physically active, cooking, and sharing family time with his girlfriend and their duaghter Rose Olivia



Christiana Distefano - PTA

christianadistefanoChristiana was born in Bassano, Italy and has been in the US since 1985. For a while, she split her time between Italy and the US until she graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts in Art History from the University of Venice, Italy in 1990.

She attended Oklahoma State University for 2 years as a psychology major, but then decided to pursue a Physical Therapist Assistant degree and graduated with honors from Oklahoma City College in 2000. She has been in Payson since 2010. She lives in Payson with her daughter Olivia Rose and her partner Brett, and 2 dogs, Reo and Moser.

She loves Payson for its beautiful setting and nature offerings and enjoys many outdoor activities including hiking, camping with her family, kayaking, and fishing. She also enjoys art and likes to paint and sculpt.
